The Lion Inn is a traditional, country pub located in in heart of the beautiful and thriving village of Clifton-upon-Teme, Worcestershire, and within easy reach of the Shelsey Walsh Hill Climb. Since taking over the pub in 2020, we are becoming increasingly well known for delivering high quality, home-made food in a classic pub environment. The Lion is a family run establishment, and our front of house team is highly dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience.
Less than half an hour from the M5 yet surrounded by stunning countryside, The Lion Inn is a firm favourite with holiday makers, walkers, ramblers and coach parties, and is also a home-from-home for many of our villagers.
The Lion has a main bar, restaurant, pool room/sports bar, a small patio at the front and a comfortable patio to the rear. We offer a diverse menu, including wood fired pizzas, curry nights, barbeques, and not forgetting our famous Sunday lunch! You can view our menus here.

We are a very dog friendly pub and welcome all well behaved dogs in our bar area and outside spaces. Children are of course welcome, providing they are accompanied by well behaved adults!
